You deserve more than just hanging in there.

Get psychologist‑led group counselling for autoimmune diseases.

An autoimmune disease affects more than just the body. ImmuniFriend offers weekly, psychologist‑moderated online group sessions where there is space for physical, emotional and everyday topics. The groups are personal, confidential, and follow a curriculum developed specifically for autoimmune conditions.

Our Mission.

Together with you, we want to fundamentally change how emotional health is addressed in autoimmune care. By integrating emotional support alongside physical treatment, we create a holistic approach that improves quality of life.

Emotional weight lifted. Step by Step.

Finally feeling understood.

Your steady group

You join a small, stable group where trust can grow. Everyone lives with an autoimmune condition, and the group stays the same from week to week.

Regular time for yourself

You meet online with your group once a week (about 90 minutes). The sessions are led by experienced psychologists and follow our tailor‑made curriculum, which gives structure while leaving space for whatever is on your mind right now.

How the group works

In the group conversations, you explore the emotional and everyday impact of your autoimmune condition. You learn to put experiences into context, better understand the connection between body and mind, and become more mindful in how you handle stressful situations.

You don’t have to do this alone.

Join our waiting list and be part of it right from the start.

You are more than your diagnosis.

What you can expect with us.

Be understood

We know how much energy a chronic illness can take. You talk about your experiences with the condition without having to explain or justify them.

Psychological guidance

You are supported by experienced psychologists. The content is specifically tailored to the topics that matter to you in life with an autoimmune disease.

Shared experiences

You meet people who know the challenges of an autoimmune condition from their own experience. You can share experiences, learn from each other, and support one another.

ImmuniFriend is here for you when everyday life with an autoimmune disease feels heavy.

In psychologist‑led groups, you find understanding, openness, and people who share your experiences. The groups focus on what truly matters in life with an autoimmune condition. You talk about physical signals, emotional strain, and what in daily life can drain or restore your energy. The psychological guidance helps you develop a more mindful way of dealing with your condition and is based on evidence‑based methods (CBT & ACT).

Things you might be curious about.

If you live with an autoimmune condition (diagnosed or suspected) and are looking for psychological support or exchange, you are in the right place with us. You do not need any prior experience with group counselling or therapy.

We work with mixed groups for different chronic conditions or autoimmune diseases, such as multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, Hashimoto’s, psoriasis, lupus and many more. What matters is what burdens you in everyday life, not just the medical label.

You meet online once a week with a fixed small group (8–12 participants), guided by experienced psychologists. The sessions are structured by our curriculum, but open enough for whatever is on your mind. In the 1.5‑hour sessions, topics include self‑compassion, self‑efficacy, mindfulness and coping with stress. You talk about the connection between body and mind and how you can regain more influence over your wellbeing.

No. You are welcome to, but you do not have to. You can simply listen at first and even keep your camera off if that feels better for you. Everything is allowed, nothing is required.

We are currently still in the pilot phase. That is why we are offering a limited number of group sessions free of charge. At the official launch, ImmuniFriend will first be available on a self‑pay basis, with reduced introductory prices for everyone on our waiting list. In the long term, we want participation to be free for you. We are already in conversations with employers and health insurers so that costs can be covered for you in the future.

Stay up to date,
for yourself or
someone you love.
