Liability for contents
The contents of our mobile app, web app and websites have been created with the greatest care. However, we cannot assume any liability for the correctness, completeness and up‑to‑dateness of the contents. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own contents in accordance with section 7(1) TMG and general laws. According to sections 8 to 10 TMG, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third‑party information or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Any liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement. As soon as we become aware of such infringements, we will remove the relevant contents immediately.

The content and services provided via ImmuniFriend are intended solely for general information and psychosocial support in connection with autoimmune diseases. They do not constitute medical advice or a medical examination, diagnosis or treatment and are not a substitute for such services.
Psychological information or supportive features within the application do not replace psychotherapy or medically indicated psychiatric treatment. Users are expressly advised to always consult physicians or other qualified healthcare professionals in the event of health complaints or questions regarding diagnosis and treatment.
ImmuniFriend is not suitable for acute mental health crises or emergencies. In urgent cases, please contact local emergency services, Telefonseelsorge Deutschland (0800 111 0 111) or an international crisis helpline.
Any liability of ImmuniFriend for material or non‑material damage arising from the use or non‑use of the information provided is excluded, unless caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct of the operator.
Liability for links
Our offering contains links to external third‑party websites over whose contents we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for such external content. The respective provider or operator of the sites is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; unlawful content was not recognisable at that time. However, permanent monitoring of the content of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. If we become aware of any legal infringements, we will remove such links immediately.
